The founder, Celalettin Durak, has an aviation experience of over 30 years. Prior to establishing 34Aviation, he had senior executive positions in various airlines. During his professional airline carrier he also had the opportunity for being in senior executive positions in international maintenance organizations. He served as Chairman of ELMO (European Line Maintenance Organization) between 2001- 2003 and as a board member of International Airlines Technical Pool (IATP) between 2002 and 2005.
Aysegul Durak is an aeronautical engineer, graduated from Istanbul Technical University. During the 24 years that she worked for Turkish Airlines, she is specialized in configuring all types of Airbus and Boeing aircraft cabin interiors as being a team leader of purchasing projects totaling more than 200 aircraft. She also had extensive experience in all types of aircraft cabin retrofits in addition to creating solutions to in-service problems.
